I'm kick starting my INSTAGRAM SERIES with today's blog post packed full of key tips for beginners to help your travel images perform better on instagram. I know it's a bit cheeky of me to give you advice about travel photography seeing I'm a total novice myself BUT I'm hoping that my inexperience will allow me to put myself in your shoes; I've had a lot of struggles on the way but have discovered some key solutions that have made my travel pictures stronger. A week ago today I hopped on a train at Clapham Junction and made my way down to beautiful Hampshire with its rolling hills and lush green fields. Together with a handful of vegan bloggers I was lucky enough to be allowed to explore picturesque Leckford Estate. This was all thanks to the generous people behind Waitrose and in honour of their #waitroseatsource campaign. The campaign is about eating local, organic, sustainable and seasonal food. In short, right up my alley :).
10 DAY FREE INSTAGRAM SUMMER PHOTOGRAPHY CHALLENGE
I strongly believe that practice makes perfect and photography is no exception; the more you pick up your iphone or camera, the better you'll get. It's why I lovingly designed a FREE instagram on-line photography challenge where you can share your images with like-minded creatives who are there to provide you with inspiration and encouragement.
- You will receive 10 unique photography themes/challenges throughout the month of July directly into your e-mail inbox.
- Each e-mail will contain the title of your challenge, photography/instagram tips, visual mood boards and inspiration sources to really spark your imagination.
- You will have a minimum of 48 hours to interpret the given photography theme. This should allow you enough time to experiment and have a play before taking your final shot.

Prop styling Madeleine Shaw's gorgeous new cookbook A YEAR OF BEAUTIFUL EATING was - hands down - one of the best experiences of my foodie career to date. Sure I've had some good gigs before and since, but this one you guys, was extra special. Being surrounded by the best food stylists and photographers in London was mind blowing and I learned so, so much. Plus I got to meet Madeleine, who was really lovely. She gave us lots of creative freedom, which was empowering and terrifying all at the same time. But I think we did her proud as the book came out looking stunning!
